Elano Pizzicarola

Elano Pizzicarola was born in born in Long Island, NY but was raised in the San Fernando Valley. Like many young people today, his career aspirations have taken many turns. He was leaning towards a Public Relations degree promoting music until he took Journalism 1 at Santa Monica College. Taking this class made him realize he has always wanted to write about issues in life and politics because he has a rebellious, suspicious mindset and believes that authority should be held accountable.

Elano is a SMC transfer to California State University Northridge where he is working on a bachelor's degree with a major in Magazine Journalism and a minor in Political Science. When he takes a break from his school-work he likes watching sports, following politics and writing.
